13th June 2010- Coppice Pond
Desipite recent big bags during pleasure sessions at Coppice Pond – the lake didn’t fish quite as well as expected in Sundays evening match due to persistant heavy rain during the match and a drop in pressure.
Prior to the match fish were showing all over the lake and several ‘tench jacuzzis’ and topping Carp could be seen all over the lake – then just before the match was due to start – the rain forcast for the morning/early afternoon made a late appearance and things got tough as the feeding fish slacked off!
Chris Gallagher took 1st place with 17lb 14oz of Tench and Carp.

4: A Newman – 4lb 5oz
