The Carp With a Taste for Deadbait

This 17.5 lb Carp had unusual culinary requirements when it was caught earlier in the week. The large canal common was caught at the Bingley 5 Rise stretch by Jodie Richardson, who was fishing for pike with a deadbait sprat!

Thanks to all who attended on Easter Sunday. Water is now flowing into the dam after the insertion of a 3 metre section of pipe at a badly damaged section of the feeder stream. Much litter was collected and removed. Apparently Chris had a good day at Coppice.
